Ryan Lawn & Tree is dedicated to creating beautiful, sustainable environments. While we strive to give you the nicest looking lawn, trees, and shrubs on the block, we also want to take care of our environment. One of the ways we do this is through IPM, or Integrated Pest Management.
RYAN's Integrated Pest Management:
- We use the least-toxic products available to solve landscape problems.
- We apply products in the right amounts
- We never do unnecessary services
- We spot treat weeds in lawns whenever possible
We also promote environmental cultural practices such as:
- Using mulch around trees and in landscape beds to retain moisture
- Watering properly
- Mowing frequently with a sharp mower blade, never removing more an 1/3 of the grass blade at a time
- Mulching grass clippings to keep nutrients in the lawn
