Ryan Lawn & Tree Expands its Leadership Team

Ryan Lawn & Tree is very pleased to announce the addition of two new employees to its organizational structure. RYAN continues to look to the future and focus on growth and continued success.

Ryan Westhoff

Ryan Westhoff has been promoted to Vice President of Kansas City Metro Operations. Ryan has worked for Ryan Lawn & Tree for the past 12 years. For 8 of those years he served as the Turf Route Manager, and Assistant Turf Department Manager/Trainer for the last 4 years in the Kansas City Metro Turf Department.

Shawn Scheffler

Shawn Scheffler has been hired as Director of Field Training. Shawn worked with H& R Block for over 17 years in various training roles, and for companies like Cerner before joining the RYAN team. Shawn has a passion for developing others, aligning training with business results, and learning strategies connected to real measurable results.
