Job Summary

Some of our departments are expanding accordingly and are looking for top talent to help keep up the pace. We are looking for new members in our Tree & Plant Care Omaha department who can handle jobs like tree & shrub applications, pruning, tree climbing, and excellent customer service.

Candidates for a RYAN Tree & Plant Health Care role:

• Enjoys building customer relationships
• Enjoys problem diagnosis and problem solving
• Is a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and independence in the workplace

Requirements

Industry experience in horticulture or a related field is a plus. However, if you are willing to learn both on the job and at home, we have a training program that will help you acquire the skills required to succeed in this industry. Other required necessities for this job are:

• Good physical ability
• Respect of safety/heights
• Ability to be a team player
• Ability to to work in all weather conditions

Our plant health care specialists are individuals trained in the art and science of maintaining and caring for trees and shrubs. A plant health care role will give you the opportunity to work with and learn from these specialists to create and sustain healthy trees and shrubs, one client at a time.
