We are looking for detail oriented individuals wanting to grow their career in the green industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about the outdoors and lawn care. Our training program will help you build your skillset to be successful in this position. As a member of the RYAN St. Louis lawn care department, you will work with our customers to provide excellent lawn care services to help maintain the health of their beautiful lawns and landscapes.

Requirements

Experience with turfgrass or related outdoor industry experience is a plus. However, if you have a willingness to learn both on the job and at home, we have a training program that will help you gain the skills needed to succeed in our industry. Other necessities needed to carry out this type of work are:

• Good physical ability
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work on teams
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
